Presentations, workshops and labs deliver this along with knowledge & empathy.

Enabling teams to normalise Menopause and support female staff through this phase of life. They retain women’s skills and experience within the workforce and drives up gender equality at every level.

Presentations

Raise awareness of Menopause quickly, whether that be by team or across the organisation.

They act as a springboard for conversation and create a base level of understanding of what the Menopause is and begin to break down the myths that surround it.

They usually run for an hour, and cover:

  • What the Menopause is
  • Why it’s an increasingly important issue in the workplace
  • Bias and stereotypes
  • How & when to have a Menopause conversation

 

Some of the common core subjects for presentations have been:

  • Menopause awareness
  • Menopause at work
  • Menopause for men
  • Menopause for partners

Workshops & Labs

 

These are a hybrid between presentations and training. They tackle specific issues for small groups and are interactive and in-depth. They are tailored to your organisations current and future needs and are designed to empower participants.

They usually run for 2 hours.

The feedback from our attendees was unanimously positive and particularly on Kate as a speaker. Her honesty, clear messaging, highlighting the need to address the issue but importantly also emphasising the positives and opportunities for women and companies to more openly talk about menopause, was well received
